Growth hormones are naturally produced in our body and released in varying quantities depending on several factors. These hormones are very much tied to any potential growth our body can make, be it gaining height, increasing strength and muscle density, and more.

Though our natural levels of growth hormone production slow as we get older, there are many ways to increase the level of hormones released by your body, and through these increased levels of growth hormone and proper height training exercises, increase height naturally.

Here then are four of the most common methods used to increase the production and distribution of growth hormones in our bodies.

Growth Hormone Pills or Injections - These are most often used to facilitate fast muscle growth, or to help the body recover quicker from injuries. Diet - Our diets are what keep us going, the fuel that gives us energy to perform our daily tasks.
